There are so many ways to help bring CAWS’ mission to life and we cannot wait to have you along for this incredible journey!

CAWS is grateful to be a part of the Kroger Family here in Colorado as a participant in the King Soopers Community Rewards Program. When you register your Soopers card and select CAWS as your charity of choice, our mission receives a donation valuing 5% of all of your purchases each quarter. And the best part? After you enroll, there is nothing you have to do! This is the easiest, zero-cost fundraiser you will ever find.

Simply log in to your King Soopers account (desktop or app), and select “Rewards” from the menu icon. Select the Community Rewards tab, search for Coral Acres Wellness Sanctuary, and enroll! That’s it, that’s all!

In sixty seconds or less, you’ll be supporting our rescue efforts just by buying your groceries as you always do. It’s that easy! And be sure to tell your friends, families, followers, and co-workers about how they can give back, too. Every penny counts when it comes to saving lives!

Coral Acres Wellness Sanctuary is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt nonprofit organization, formed in 2023. We are brand new and we rely on donations, large and small, to help us bring our mission to life. Our goal is to bring peace and sanctuary to animals and people alike.

By making a donation, you are an important part of making that goal happen. We accept your tax-deductible donations to CAWS a few different ways, with more coming soon! Some of our current needs include hay, veterinarian care, farrier (hoof trims) services, and other needs for the animals. We are also saving to buy our first trailer and farm truck to help transport our rescues. To learn more about our financial goals, email our Development Director.

In the fall of 2023, we accepted our very first rescue, Biscuit, 15-year-old quarter horse who is currently loving his amazing foster home in Sedalia, Colorado. As many of you know, horses are expensive! To continue to care for Biscuit and any future rescues, we are always on the hunt for blankets + fly sheets/masks, muck buckets, muck forks, grooming supplies, and more.

We will be electing our first permanent board in April of 2024. We are looking for a Board of Directors that shares our passion for a more peaceful world. We value diverse perspectives and lived experiences in our Board and we are hoping to add members who can create a space where everyone belongs. We are also looking for Board members who can move forward the mission of the organization through strategic thinking and strong network building. Do these qualities sound like you?
